That's good to know, thank you for the advice I been changing out 20% to 25% each week, I think I'm changing to much out each week, and not letting it cycle correctly and maybe that's why I'm loosing fish every once in a while. It always seems to be after water changes , the next few days

BTW, 2 months later, just by doing water changes each week, my PH is 7.2 now, it came way down

Thanks, since the posting, The algae problem has gone away. I think it was the initial start up of a new tank I don't wash my fixtures either anymore. Once a week I do my water changes, and vacuum 1/2 the gravel one week, and the other side the following week Tanks been up about 6 + months...

I saw their 32" fixture reaches 48", anyone have a pic of this? Are they using the 120 instead of the 90 optics to do this? I'd want 90 optics for a 25" tall tank
