Great Thanks to the advice given here on this page as I have completed my first fishless cycle in just 20 days. I did my 24 hour check and got home from work early so in 18 hrs these are the results I got. Now I have to figure out the stocking plan soon as I was not expecting to get this far...

Yes I am aware that they wreck havoc to certain plant's. I will listen to other responses and post in the chiclid forum.

As for a stocking plan, well I have been doing some research would love to do a African or South American chiclids. My first step is to get some nice lights and established plants because I hear they tear many plants apart.
