Alot of us will drip acclimate new additions. Tie a knot in some air hose and start a syphon. Make the knot tight enough for a slow drip. wait an hour or two...or even more. This way there is no shock from salinity and ph change.

I have some new born nassarius and Astrea Snails. I thought it was normal since i always heard of FW snails reproducing like crazy. My urchins reproduce rapidly also.

The blue led plate acctually pops out and its easy to replace. I would first pop it out and make sure the connector didn't come loose. The warranty should cover that if you get with coralife.
