Sounds like possibly digitates. I have digitates in my tank they almost look like a fuzzy string that bobs around and sting your corals. I attached a pic of my digitates. hope this helps!
This reminds me of a kenya tree coral. I've never fragged one but usually they just drop branches and start to grow more. hope this helps and good luck!
Can anyone id this please? It just popped up and I really like it, I just want to make sure it's not anything bad.
Its appearance is kind of waxy and slightly see through. Looks also like it kind of grows on a stem and leafs out.
