    What can I use to kill Hydra?

    You could do a non-intrusive alternative. If it's a small infestation of Hydra, you could physically remove them from the tank by scrubbing and soaking all aquarium decor and artificial plants in bleach. Or there are certain fish and snails that will eat Hydra. Such as certain gouramis and pond...

    Dead fish in community tank...

    If you promptly removed the dead fish from the tank, I don't believe you'll need to change the water :). Sorry for your loss.

    Question of feeding frozen bloodworms

    I just got a 32-cube pack of Hikari frozen bloodworms at the lfs today and I'm wondering how I should thaw it? I've seen others threads how some people just pop them in the tank still frozen? :thanks: :fish2:
