I 100% agree with thtis statement...depending on the size of your tank do a 1 - 3 Gallon water change a day until the smell is gone...you will alwasy get a slight odour from any aquarium but never a strong " dog pee" smell

I bought "popsicle" tetra's about 5 years ago..I did not know what they were at the time...but they were blue and my Girlfriend liked them. Know I have come to learn they are White Skirt Tetra's 90% of the dye has faded and they are still happy and healthy..

Just switched over to a 46 Gallon bow front and moved all my plants lace java fern, jungle val and another I don't know the name..the tank has horrible lighting single 30watt tube I plan on upgrading to a 92watt PC in the near future ( end of this week ) this give me 2watts per gallon...will co2...
