I respectfully disagree. When you have a 100 gal. tank with 2 oscars, 2 jack dempseys and a common pleco, and then your biological filter gets destroyed, bio spira is a godsend! I moved all the fish to a 55 gal. tank, drained the 100 gal. completely and refilled it and ran the filters for 4...

I respectfully disagree. The directions say to add the proper amount of bio spira along with the full bio load of fish at the beginning. For some reason, it seems to work better that way. If you only add a couple of fish to the tank to start out, you are wasting the bio spira, because the...

I wouldn't get the clown loach because he needs company of other clowns & clowns get too big for that tank, but in my 20 long I have 4 yo yo loaches, and they are doing excellent in that tank! I also have 5 cory cats in the same tank, along with 3 buenos aires tetras. Everyone gets along fine...

Could that good LFS possibly order the plants for you on their next order? :wink:
