Thanks for replying! Water change schedule is likely not often enough, or regular enough. Every two weeks-ish, 25-50%. I use a gravel vacuum...so the amount taken out varies each time. I wasn't sure how often or how much to be changing. Yes, changing the carbon filter cartridge once a month...
