I wouldn't use that tap water anymore then. You are adding ammonia to the water and that is the last thing that you would want to do. I used to use tap water, but now I purchase RO water by the gallon. A little more money to be spent, but in the long run, well worth it. Same goes for the LR...

How big is your tank? Those are all small fish. You might want to try getting a pistol shrimp to pair up with the yellow watchman. Like CMD26 said, CBS are aggressive. I don't know from experience, but I have not heard many good things about them. They are really awesome looking critters...
