We were thinking that but no matter what type we look up ours just doesn't seem to match :/ its got us a tad confused. The closest we could get was the Columbian shark catfish but the colouring of its fins doesn't match.

Thanks for the advice guys Unfortunately I found her dead this morning :( I did a 25% pwc after I found her (I always add water that is the same temp) but hopefully the wonder shells that are arriving today will stop this from happening again. Thanks again.

Thanks Coralbandit, with how soft my water is it definately could be the shimmies. But she's not doing it constantly :ermm: for the most part she is only doing it in the same corner of the tank. Would that make it something else?

Hi Guys I added 3 new female swordtails to my tank last week and yesterday one of them began displaying some unusual behaviour. She swims and feeds normally but she keeps swimming quite vigorously in one spot without moving. Is this normal behaviour for swordtails? I have a 137L tank and do 10%...

I've been doing 25% water changes every day and I think it might be helping? She's got some of her colour back and her scales don't seem as raised. I also haven't seen any more of the stringy white poo since the first day she got sick. I'll keep you guys updated!
