i would buy a cheap 10 or 5 gallon tank and do a fisless cycle i had the same thing happen to me i listened to the store and put in fish after 2 days and most of them died so i bought a 30 dollar 5 gallon and kept my fish in there while i treated and cycled the water

no but as said earlier the 55 is easier to mantain

nice i am a huge fan of tetras i run a 10 gal with 10 tetra(black neon) and a algae sucker as forfort384 i have had issuses with cardinals but that was when i was a rookie a didt have a water testing kit pH killed um

i have had a biocube i would recomend going with the 55gal.. but just as the last post said if u dont see it up and running go for the biocube
