Very good tank and very cheap. It reminds me of my 75G tank stand and lights 70g filter 2 sponge filters 80 pounds of gravel and some other things for 100$. What do you plan to stick it with?
Yea it has the body shape of a Venustus with the pointed body but that blue doesn't come in Venustus and electric blue can come in that color but the mouth of the electric is more rounded and is striped not the spots so I guessed mixed :)

I can't really tell but the first thing I would do is put him in a hospital tank and add some stress coat to help the healing process.
What's your stocking list?
For a 75 gallon I would put about 20-25 fish and don't do 4 each try to have less aggressive fish (demasoni) outnumbering more aggressive fish(maingano)
