We have a 10 gallon tank. This tank is used for guppy and platy fry, also has one algae eating shrimp and a (6 inch) generic pleco. It has sand and live plants. It is filtered and has a heater.
We also have a 45 to 50 gallon(?) tank, it holds exactly 40 gallons of water. It is filtered, has about 2 to 3 inches of sand in the bottom, some live plants, a castle, 1 piece of driftwood and a few rocks. It houses 2 platy, about 10 guppies, 1 cory albino catfish and 1 (12 inch) generic pleco.
