I would say it would be fine, but I would go for German Blue Rams. Great colours but not as hardy as the bolivians. But its up to you, both would work well!

Tank mates that can stand the heat seem to be hard to find.. I was thinking Rummynose, for a school in the tank. Maybe around 10 or so, with 5 discus and maybe a pair of Rams but Im not sold on them at the moment.

You could always re arrange the tank with more rocks and to break up their line of sight of eachother. This changing of the tank will allow the fish to gain new territories. Also, whats the stock of the tank and the size?
i think youre tank is fine! You might be able to put some more in there really. Maybe more of the black skirt tetras to boost up that school, or of the dannios :) Nice looking tank also!
Newly hatched brine shrimp are an excellent source of food for fry. But crushing the fish food into a powder is also very food.
