    Yes, I tested in order to remove the bacterial bloom floating on the water and falling on the gravel substrate I need to vacuum. I’m waiting tomorrow for another device to clean this up. And the vacuum I don’t available but it will be coming Saturday.

    Thanks Marineland Penguin Power Filter 20 to 30 gallon 150 gph plus my Top Fin IF40 Internal Filter 30 to 40 gallons is 140 gph = 290 gph. I’ll get another power filter added to it.

    Reducing Nitrates

    Nitrogen cycle I learned about the nitrogen cycle that using a live plant and fish will create waste. It mentions to make periodic water changes and keep a close eye on your fish tank buddies. Nitrates and nitrites and ammonia build up in the tank from waste.
