may get mine a lady later on ( maybe a few months from now? ) they always have female jacks from 4 to 6 inches ( same with males ) for 20.00, but for now i just want to raise mine lol.

kissing Groumies, like any other species of Groumies, males shouldnt be togther, and Groumies should be kept singly. if you have a male/female pair by luck then that may work. but 3 ( moreso likly males ) wont work. and how big is this tank? kissing Groumies can and will get big ( around 8-12...

explain one thing to me though? ok so the tank is 12/13 inches wide right? oscars can/will grow past that useally, so why have a fish that can exceed the width of a tank?

although a 55 *may work* doesnt really mean you should force the oscar to live in somthing that equals his growth. 12 inche ( or is it 13 inch ) width of the tank is the same as what the oscar can/will grow to, and they can even get bigger.. just giving my 2 cents.

just bring the oscar back if you can get an upgrade within a year though, and get somthing suitable for the 55.

no fighting needed lol. understandble. yeah, research is your best friend! you can get alot more information from doing research one hour a day then what the lfs will tell you just so they can make a buck or ten lol.

hm i would get rid of the oscar then, dont let the oscar suffer and risk becoming stunted ( which he will ) get a male jack dempsey or a salvini. ok do this one convict one fireouth one male jack dempsey ( or female would be better as they stay smaller ) or 1 severum 1 firemouth 1...
