what kind of setup do you have? if you have a sump( a tank under the main tank ) then it might be low on water or the skimmer is feeding the main with bubbles. if you dont have a sump and the main tank if low on water then a power head might be feeding it air..

i have my heater and chiller on a medusa controler so that way if the controler on either one fails the medusa will switch it and avoid the problem... you should check in to it. lol never know.
