ok he may have been hurt by another fish which is most likely or he may have got a little to close to some of the decor. Have you noticed any fish bothering him, chasing him, or being a little hostile toward him?

Is he by himself or does he have tank mates if so what kind of fish are they. also what about tank decor. I wouldnt quarintine just yet.

i had to do the same thing to one of my platys i used to have i used boinling water it kills them instantly.

i had that happen to two of my glo fish they were both ok but instaed of under a plant they wedged themselves under the rocks i had on the bottom of the tank.

i never fed them blood worms these worms i found were alive i also found them in the fake plants i had in the tank. But thanks for the suggestion

Yesterday i cleaned my fish tank and while i was cleaning i found little black worm like things in the tank on the bottom any idea wat they may be and is it good for my fish to have those in there?
