So here is a pic of the 40 gallon reef I went to the 40 gallon cause my 55 had a leak.but not to worry I got another 55 but I am nit going to set it up till I build sump flow and all that other good stuff any way here she is my new baby
Yeah good thing I did my research I looked into it online I do know enough to keep my head above water in the salt world and know that ick in both worlds fresh and salt are completely different organisms but thank you guys for the help
Yes freshwater and salt are two diffrent worlds I had freshwater community tanks and african cichlid tanks and I will tell you with ten yrs experience in frshwater and 4 months into salt I have learned a lot salt is so much more fun lol I have them in qt now so I will see what happens thanks guys
Well gave my fish to a buddy to quarantine have a 55 gallon reef and my fish store guy tells me after the first time I got ick ooooo yeah u wait two weeks throw sone stuff in there got a rusty angle and 2 yellowtail damsels and boom ick was still in there so I am gonna wait the full 6/8 weeks...
Is this a hard coral to keep and how much does it sell for I have 9 heads on mine I trade gta5 for it and a rusty angle I feel like I made out but just wanna know if I did or not......
Thanks but I don't want led yet so back to the original question lol I know everyone is all crazy about this led lighting but I am not completely sold on it yet but that is another thread for another day so for corals what is better 10000k or 14000k thanks any help is good help
Currently I have a 420 nanometer and a 50/50 coral life I want to replace the 50/50 with a 10000k 14000k want to know what one is better I have Australian green trumpet and frog spawn thanks for any help
No doubt man i test weekly just cause I am so new at this. So I take extra care of things and think 3 times before throwing stuff in there best rule I have learned is the only thing that happens fast in saltwater are mistakes lol I live by this rule
