I'd took the advice given to me by you guys, the eel is rehomed, was becoming a hazard on my water quality anyways, but is the live rock completely necessary might have more then 5-8 I would say appx. 2/5 of the tank is filled with it
My current build is a 29 Gallon fish-only
Current stock:
1 lawnmower blend
1 snowflake clown
1 occelaris clown
1 green chromie
1 yellow chromie
1 snowflake moray eel
Any comments/suggestions?
S I was placing my anenome into the tank, it sucked onto my power head for about five seconds, I quickly took him off, and observed him and he seemed to decrease about 1 fourth in size. Should I be worried? And can anenomes grow back their tentacles?
SO I just recently put a decorator aka camouflage crab into my tank and have a concerning question.. I have 3 small coralline snails, along with 1 turbo snail and the decorator is known to kill inverts to stack on its shell, should I be concerned for my snails?
Good idea, I will try doing that, thanks another quick for anyone willing to answer, as far as my clownfish goes, I would like to host it to a small leather anenome, would this be fine to do in my current tank?
Yes, its appx 4-5 weeks old to this date, so assuming its diatoms I should have nothing to worry about? Does it harm my fish in any way? Thank you for helping by the way guys :)
It is a dark red/Brown colored algae, as you might be able to see on the live rock in the right of the picture, what kind of inverts/snails would consume or take care of that?
