Ok I've moved it down a bit to a lower flow and not so close to the lights but there still closed should I give them a few days? I might take the carbon out but will that mess up anything

Got a little frag of pulsing xenia about 3 hours ago it seems to be doing fine but the high flow seems to be hurting it can someone please tell me what they eat and what the flow should be but it is awsome how they grab at the water :)

I got (I guess you would call it stuck) by a large bristle worm in my tank while moving rock and my hand is covered in barbs when I tried pulling them out they just got shorter is there anyway to get them out or just get over it?
