I'm not sure what this is because i've never seen it but i have webbish looking algae tht almost looks soft... It started in ine corner of my tank and is now spreading. My shrinp came out of hiding and starting eating it but is it bad for fish?

Yep! Dojo loach in the background! And i love my bamboo shrimp, his name is dimitri and he eats out of the bubbles a bunch haha

I just went to change my substrate and i scooped it out and the entire tank filled with cloudy water, i think it was fish poop or left over food, what should i do? Water change until clear?
