    My crayfish was hiding the last 2-3 days in my tank, and i saw her today, and she is missing a claw. In addition, her colour is a bit darker....she is eating regularly...i dont think she has molted, and she looks unhealthy....do you have any advice?? what might have happened??

    personally i dont use soap because i think it can do more damage to fish than the possibility that i have bacteria or microorganisms in my hands...i wash my hands only with water before i put my hands in the tank and then dry them well...besides, microorganisms that exists in my room, i think...

    yes i know, crayfish has destroyed half plants of my tank in les than 2 daysand he keeps destroying...he is going back to his species tank...it was a failed attemp to put him in a planted tank...live to learn :)

    an albino is ok in a 20...i have an albino and is not growing up as much as the other...at first i thought it was a problem but when i checked i saw that most of albinos dont grow up like the common ones....my opinion is yes for sure

    for now i have the cray in a separate tank, but i think it would be perfect in a community tank, both for its colour and its behavior....i dont want to see his body parts in the bichir's mouth though :P

    ive seen these videos too, but it looks like these are dwarf crayfish and the bichirs are a lot bigger than them....
