The more i read is the mantis baby should be green? It keeps tumbling back into that shell it comes out sometimes neat to watch it looks identicle to the last pick i posted but the pic doesnt say its a mantis it was on google pics.

I really dont think its a amphipod i have lots of those but they are a half the size of this one unless this is the next stage of their life? It looks more like a mantis or grasshopper head and has its claws/arms coiled up like a praying mantis. Its out all hours of the day i checked skeleton...

I have a shrimp i think its about 1/2 inch long,clear outer body and dark inner. It has taken over a shell and seems to be moving sand out of it. Any ideas what it is?

They are really cool if you look really close looks like they even have ears :)

You can feed anytime if its alive tenticles will come out as soon as food touches it you dont have to wait till dark.

Anyone in southern alberta want some pulsing xenia would swap for anything its a huge frag.

You should try to feed it some 1mm fish food pellets or acan plus etc to see if she comes alive
