Thank you! I ended up doing a 50% water change and dumping in a small bottle of Tetra Safe Start. I waited 2 weeks to do any water changes. I tested water along the way just to monitor parameters. My tank is finally cycled! (Ammonia-0, Nitrites-0, Nitrates-5.0)
