Honestly, to cycle your tank, id take a piece of cocktail shrimp and let it rot in there for about a month, just make sure all your liverock and sand are in there

Yeah, most iridescent sharks get at least 2 foot, I would honestly look into getting a repurposed swimming pool. Or anything that is at least 3 foot or so in diameter so the fish has enough space to swim around the whole tank

I'd start by just looking up Nano reef tanks

That should be plenty of flow

You can put hot water into water bottles and float them in the tank to help keep it warm
