I never exposed either one to air, but it seems he is still alive after all. His suckers are still moving around like he is trying to move, but it doesn't seem that he is able to move much if at all. I'm going to move him to a hospital tank until I see if he's a goner or not

Well thank you for all the help guys, but unfortunately he passed overnight. No more new fish for a while until I can treat the rest before they get to this point :( this hobby is so much fun but sometimes it can be so frustrating as well.
