    Fluval flex

    I have a 15 gallon fluval flex. Is there any way that I can use matrix instead of the carbon? That would make it so I had the bio max bio rings and Seachem matrix. I just figured that could give me double the bio media and double my bacteria.

    Fins and tank parameters

    I had a fish die today in my tank. When I pulled him out a piece of his fin ripped off and fell in the tank. I can’t find where the piece went. Will that affect my tank parameters? For right now everything looks good.
