I have been missing my fuzzy dwarf for like a week. I've looked all around my tank and aside from moving all of the rock I've checked the overflow and everything and still no dwarf. Does anyone know if they bury themselves or something? It used to come out all the time and it doesn't even make...
I like Joe's juice to kill the aiptasia. You can buy a small bottle online and you literally feed it to them with a syringe and they are gone overnight. This is some good stuff too because it won't harm any of your fish or coral and it doesn't require you to remove the rocks.
Wow turning the lights off completely for a few hours made a huge difference! I had some red algae almost covering a rock and by this morning like 50% of it was gone! :)
Well if this is the case I figured out why... My power head in my tank stopped working for a few days but now I have two of them and the tank as a whole looks much better.
I think you were right about something eating it... I observed a crab on it picking at it the other day. I ordered a shelf for it and I just got the test kit for the rest of the water parameters today. Ill post the results and a picture later on.
It doesn't look like something is eating it... It just kind of looks like it curled into itself... its more like a wall shaped one and its flourescent green
The regular lights are on for 8 hours everyday and the moonglow light is on for the remainder of the day. I'm going in go out and get the reef test kit sometime this week
