I found this up by the glass with a tepee of shell pieces over it. Is this a baby urchin? It is about 1/2 inch in dia. and looks spiny. I do have a pencil urchin in the aquarium. (see attachment) Thanks for your help. liontech

I also have them in my tank and yes they have eaten the coraline. I have many white spots on my LR where coraline use to be. I am thinking about removing them. HTH, liontech

Since sponges can't be removed from the water, how does one go about attaching it to a hunk of live rock? I've been thinking about using silicon caulking that is used for aquarium repair but I am not sure if that is safe to use on a sponge. Thanks for sharing your expertise. liontech
