    No you should wait 1-3 more months, maybe longer. I have 30 fry and they are at the most 1 and 1/2 months. They look a little bigger than the one you've shown... They still have some growing to do.

    I think it would be a good idea to get rid of all female fish. I say this because I've bred guppies for years and usually they keep reproducing even if there isnt a male fish in the tank. I would think petsmart would take them. Good luck with your fish. Oh and sorry about your fish that...
