No you should wait 1-3 more months, maybe longer. I have 30 fry and they are at the most 1 and 1/2 months. They look a little bigger than the one you've shown... They still have some growing to do.

Fry aren't the easiest to care for considering they can easily be killed during water changes,and are hard to spot.

I think it would be a good idea to get rid of all female fish. I say this because I've bred guppies for years and usually they keep reproducing even if there isnt a male fish in the tank. I would think petsmart would take them.
