Great job! I’d also suggest getting a heater but good idea pick which kind of fish first. Personally the tetra 6 in 1 is pretty unreliable on its own, can help identify nitrite and nitrate spikes, but that’s about it. (I understand they can be pretty expensive though, sorry) I’d get a PH...
