Wanted to add that this is a 55 gallon tank, cycling as I type. I'm thinking that buying them as juveniles may decrease aggression a bit. Has anyone had experience with this? Also what is their growth rate?

Hi, currently I have a 6 gallon tank with shrimp balls as substrate. I recently added cryptocoryne parva and I'm hoping it will carpet the tank. I don't use any CO2, but I have added root food to the substrate. My question is, how long will it take for the tank to be carpeted? Thank you!:D
