i haved 2 mollys that have a fungus. i thought it was ick, but have been treating it for 3 days and this evenign i noticed on one of them the tail is almost all gone. when i first noticed the what i thought was ick, it almost looked like a fish had attacked him and his eyes were hanging off...

thanks i thought thats what they were.. i have a ton of copepods as well an im not sure if thats how they feed. my goal is to get them all out. i will be doing dwarf seahorses and the hydroids will kill them. any way to help get rid of them physically to start eliminating? or is there a clean...

i just got a biocube myself ... are you having any temp issues such as havign high temps? i need a temp of 76-78 for what i will put in there and i am having a hard time getting it lower than 79-80? just wondering.

i have been cycling my tank for 25+ days now. about 2+ weeks ago brown algae started growing all over the LR and on the sand. i believe its diatoms. it is getting worse by the day and its really hairy looking by now. is this something that will clear up on its own or can i do something to clean...

i have a 14 gal. oceanic biocube which i am cycling for dwarf seahorses. i need to modify the filter intakes and the out put to lessen the flow. can anyone recommend how to do so,what to use and how to do it. i have never modifed an aquarium. thanks

yeah i am getting a better look at the starfish and it does look like a brittle star. i was actually able to see all legs and there are 5. so if thats right i got 1 thing IDed :) as for the red bugs, they dont look like the ones in the picture. the best way i can describe them is they look...

well its macro algea i have i think but i have turned the lights off and opened the hood to cool the tank, its at 83F and the plant is turning greenish again. could it be to hot? i cant get my tank to get cooler, what can i do? (its a 14 gal oceanic biocube)

i dont think i wrote anything about alk in a thread. i havent tested for that.? all my levels for ammonia, nitrIte, nitrate and ph all seem fine. does anyone think a WC is needed?
