thanks for your replies What sort of plants could I grow in the tank with a 9w light anything?or just low light plants I might try and use a small bottle on my nano and just half or quater the recipe or go for excel or even the presurised co2 what is required for one of those?

Hey looks great! How much light have your got in there,are you useing co2? Is that just normal gravel or do you have some nutrient layers? nice tank

I am planning to do this in my 40g tank you could try and stuff some filter foam into the sides that would probably work (not that I would know..) What size are the gaps inbetween your mesh?
