    I have no co2, strong lighting and I daily doze excel? Anyone out there have any success without Co2? My fish guy told me it would not work, but I just had to try.

    My buddy, I had salt water tank. He kept showing me pics and I got hooked on planted aquariums! That Bastard got me hooked really good because I now have a bigger freshwater than salt water tank.

    Also if your are doing plants, you should remove the bubbles. Google- aquarium de gasing. Made a big difference in my tank.
