- i have 2 55 gal, 1 47 gal, 1 36 gal bowfront and a 10 gal
the 47 has live plants and swords and one really big angelfish.
the bow front is pretty new and has 6 angelfish i hope to get a pair out of.
one 55 ha a pleco, an algeaeater and a platy. it had more, but i was going to change things up and got a new 55, when it was ready i started putting fish in, got 3 neons and a few other small platys and a baby molly in then the 2 angelfish that were there. i have never even known anything about an angelfish except their beauty. just a little while after i put the angelfish in the new tank they laid eggs on the heater.
i ended up with about 25 swimming babies. then at about 2 weeks (i dont know exactly, i didnt start notes till later) they ate them and laid more eggs. this time there were hundreds of eggs and i had a flat thing i bought on amazon for laying eggs on, so they used it! i had what seemed like hundreds of babies. they lived about 2 weeks then they just disappeared
