Maintains it well but feed it also you can feed it algae wafers and anything like melon, lettuce, cucumbers...

I have a garden and around the garden are nice stones to stack and make caves and give my tank a beautiful look can I use them? I was going to scrub the surface dirt off let them soak then boil them! Would that be an appropriate way to go about this?

I like both to be honest! I like natural rocks and sand I don't like planted tanks where it's so overgrown you can't see anything but the plants! I have my 55 gallon and 90 gallon as fake and my 55 is beautiful since I just got my 90 I'm changing it to natural soon but not for the start

Well thank you for all your help and I know they are but I heard there kinda similar like water temp and filtration and stuff

I don't think they will eat them I'm actually wanting to start a Cichlid tank myself but from what I've seen they wouldn't eat stuff like java moss

I would do real plants they will look so much better and the fish will enjoy the natural effect
