The worm is about the size where I start getting nervous and remove from the tank anyway, regardless of whether or not it's a fireworm. Don't touch the bristles...they sting like crazy and you'll itch for several days afterward.
The sixline wrasses might, or might not eat them. I had one that wouldn't touch them. On the other hand I had a strawberry gramma that ate them like candy.
