Update, I found my clown. I was moving some pumps I have used in the past and noticed that one smelled. There was the fish in the intake!

Could it be the vodka dosing? Should I start using microbacter 7 with the vodka? Or stop vodka all together? Or something else?

I use ro/di. I just installed it a month ago and it tests 0 tds. I should state that there is not any significant cyano. Just enough to be annoying. Actually, it's just real bleached. It still has flesh and swells up and puts feeder tentacles out. It eats very well too. It's retracted like that because I moved it to get a picture. Here's a better one from the other side. I've been researching and I think it might be brown jelly desease?
