    i'd go with the live bearers and cats that you have listed maybe add a few neons and danios. live beares are my favorites.

    hi i'm new here but they are right channel cats get huge i've caught then out of rivers that weighed 15 to 20 pounds. they realy shouldn't be kept by the home hobbiest they out grow tanks too fast. i had a small one in an outdoor pound once thought he'd be good to keep the bottom clean he ate...

    Do FW puffer fish really ever puff up?

    you really don't want puffers to puffup it puts a lot of stress on the fish to scare them bad enough to puff. i don't think freshwater puffers puff atleast mine don't when i net them.
