lol... I wouldnt say pristine... I do drop a few pieces of food down for the nassas and an algae sheet twice a week for the others... :) the sheet is gone overnight

oh.. and before anyone asks.. yes my water pressure is within optimal range...actually, it is almost exactly at the perfect range... the unit says between 40 and 80 ... and mine is at 64.7... they state the "optimal" is 65....

.. ah.. well I have 12 cerith snails, 15 nassa snails, 1 blueleg hermit, 1 emerald crab, and 2 scarlet reef hermits.... (in addition to the two snails I picked up the other day)... do you think I need even more than that???

UGH... after spending 70 bucks.... and an hour trying to hook it up.. I turn the water on and within 2 minutes it starts leaking from 4 different places on the unit... Im very very frustrated, and Im thinking about sending it back for a refund and just buying RO water from the little water...

this was the only one they have or I would have bought more. :( ... also got a margarita snail (probably spelled that wrong)

nope... that's not it... :) I think its a type of astrea... It is obviously an algae eater... done nothing but munch on the algae on the glass... its pretty good at it too

I'd like to hear this too... I'll probably try to add some to my middle chamber in my nanocube. :) I have rubble in there now... thought about adding some macroalgae in there, but dont know what to do about a light.

I hope you are filling it with fresh RO water.. not saltwater... evaporation leaves the salt behind.. adding salt water will raise the salinity.

my nano cube does that>>>i just top off for evaporation there

yeah... Im glad I havent killed anything else yet... it was REALLY bumming me out... my husband has been getting REALLY mad at me whenever I use the garlic though... one drop is SOOOOO strong.. he hates that smell...I wouldnt be shocked if he found the garlic xtreme and tossed it.
