I am looking to get a breed that isn't so common as to be found in most pet shops but something that isn't going to be $100 for two fish either, any suggestions?

I have recently been looking at angels and I am wanting somebody to explain to me what the wild blood thing is all about? Pretty much what ever you could tell me about angels would be great. I plant to replace my Jack Dempseys in my 55gal. with maybe 6 angels. thanks

My pleco is getting a little big for my tank and I am thinking of putting it in my pond. All it has is a UV sterilizer though. The water isn't treated either. What would I want to consider before placing it in the pond? Thanks

Gotcha thanks. So the plants essentially absorb the nutrients from the mulm and it doesn't raise any of your water levels as in nitrates?

I hate to go back as you have already gotten the wood, and there is no problem with that, but with dealing with goldfish they just tend to have high ammonia releasing as they produce so much waste. Just thought I would add it. Looks great. How much was a piece like that?

What if you only have plants in the back and christmas moss or other ground cover over the majority of your tank?

When you have ground cover do you still vacuum your substrate? If not how would you clean it out? Thanks

So your angels don't get aggressive when they lay their eggs and the other fish don't try to eat them? What else is in your tank?

I really like the Zebra Oto's. Are there fish that get more than a a few inches big but won't get too big for my 55gallon long? Also are those Oto's more for a clean up crew? Thanks

I am buying substrate, a 4 55w power compact lighting sytem of which two will be daylights and two actinic. I plant to have low to moderate lighting plants in this tank. This is a 55 gallon. What set up would you suggest fish wise for my tank? Unfortunately I don't want any livebearers or...
