Well I live in oklahoma and this is without a heater my tank is 80 so I turned my fan on and it went down to about 78

So in my 10 G I have 1 mystery snail 4 amano shrimp 7 neon tetras and 1 cory and water wisteria and anubias nana is my temperature too high? It is at 80 F

So is seachem florusih goanna hurt my shrimp only,5 gallon,Red cherry shrimp

Amano shrimp!They get to be about 1.5 inches big but be warned they need calcium.From my expierence if they have too little calcium they have trouble molting to much calcium and they die,also try to get big ones not the babys.Mostly cause the babys I get seem to be a lot more sensitive it seems...

Ok thanks :) also the reason I take cuttlebone out is I have shrimp and I read too much calcium can kill them by crushing their insides.

I was told there would be no shortage of answers and this thread hasen't gotten one.

Ok well for one if your betta has no filter that may be a reason why he doesn't look too happy if you do have one then maybe it is something else also is your tank cycled?If not that could also be why but if Im correct you need a filter for that.That also may be why he doesn't eat as much.Well...

You could try some ghost shrimp first to see if you fish attack them or not and if they dont then go to RCS or if you just wanna go to RCS right there then ok.None of your fish should hurt shrimp.

So yesterday I noticed right before I went to sleep my amano shrimp molted his shell and then at night my amanos only two or three came out and when I shined a flashlight on them they flew ack into a dark spot are these shrimp sensitive to 13 watt fluorescent bulb?
