    Thoughts on black water extract...

Sounds to me like your black angel has claimed the tank as his own, I would swap out the small angels for something else. You could however try and rearrange your decor and reintroduce your fish? But I think your angel will more then likely return to being intolerant of the others after a while.

Advice --New 26 gallon Bow Front

As someone who has previously kept a red tail shark, I would strongly advise against it in this situation. They are not suitable for this sized tank, while they may claim a smaller territory when young, there aggression increases with age. Fish such as neon tetra's, cherry barbs and corys will...

    Mollies

No problem! Remember though that your mollies and guppies can also interbreed. Maybe something to watch for while they're in the same tank.

Advice --New 26 gallon Bow Front

I would also bump up your neons to at least 6. and add 3 or more corys. You should still have plenty of space for stocking, as neons have a very low bioload! I would focus more on making the existing fish you have feel more comfortable with a large school of each, before looking to add another...

15 gallon betta and tetra question?

Sounds good to me, If I was you I would bump the phantoms up to 5 or 6, to reduce the chance of them nipping the Betta's tail. Hopefully you'll get lucky with a chill betta. It's really a hit and miss. Plenty of live plants and hiding places are always a good idea in my eyes :)

    Lack of oxygen

I agree, the water should hold dissolved oxygen for a decent period of time after the aerator has been turned off.

    Mollies

I have a knight goby, he loves live food, had my platies in with him for a while and he ate every single fry I never managed to get any survivors. I decided to move them to another tank when I was freeing up space and now I've plenty of fry. Gunna put them back into the 15gallon with the goby soon!
