Wow, thanks a ton! My dad used to have a 50 gallon tank and he used an under gravel filter with live plants. Would this be recommended for a noobie? Or should I get a HOB like the Aquaclear 70? What would you recommend? I found one that i like, called Lee's 40S/55 Original Undergravel Filter- MrPickle
