    Cardinal with a goatee / white flap

    I have a Cardinal with a white flap on its bottom lip. It is eating and acting fine. Someone posted a long time ago that had a Cardinal with a "goatee, white flap" Any chance of finding out the outcome or someone with knowledge on it? Thanks
