does all of that fish are in the same tank?., your overcrowded., bettas are aggressive fish and may bully your other fish.. And one more thing a one day cycling is not enough..

actually when my tank is infested with ich, I just add salt, raise temperature and daily water changes, in just 1 week ich was completely gone.. I do not use any chemical treatments cause I cant afford to buy one, hehe..

I have RCS and Ghost Shrimps and all I can say is your fry would be safe with RCS, with ghost shrimps its a no, I saw mine chasing fries..
