I would put your fish in a fish bowl (with water from your 5g in it) and dump the gravel, water, and everything in, then install filter, heater, add more water and gravel (if needed) then put your fish in your 10g.
I have a couple moneyworts in my 10 gallon, but I use plantgro and co2. But i think they do best planted in the substrate, you could always try floating them. As for the lights, I think that is prefect.
Ok, here's my setup, does it look good? since I made this video, I have moved the airstone under the filter intake, and about half the bubbles go in there. And advice is appreciated.

Today, I set up a diy yeast co2 system and I need a diffuser. Right now, I just have a chopstick stuck in the end of the hose. I do not want an entire reactor, just a diffuser, and I would like for it to be cheap if possible.

Oh... Well try to rehome it if possible. If you have a Petco near you, they will take any unwanted fish and put them in a display tank, and sell them for free to anyone who wants it.
