Thanks for the kind words guys. Smitty i have found it good to keep clean heaps of people advised me not to have any sand as a lot of people have had trouble with detritus build up etc in sand. the rock seems to sit there nicely it hasn't moved yet. i would like to put in a sump next though.

Hi there pulsing xenia's are funny things i had mine melt on me then next thing you know i had 6 new ones they grow again just from alittle bit of flash left on the rock i don't have a lot of flow and i don't have really high light try moving in darker spot mine seem to be doing really well now...

Hopefully this works i have added some pics of my tank. Im new on this site so they might not work lol. Tank is just over 1 year old now. Running Red Sea max hang on back skimmer 3xt8 light 2 white 1 blue and 1x 150w 14000k metal halide. no sump at this stage just an external jebo 815 filter.
